The National Disability Insurance Scheme website is administered by The Spastic Centre, NSW. The Spastic Centre is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. We do not collect personal information from you unless you voluntarily and knowingly provide it to us. We do not provide or sell information about our visitors to vendors. INTRODUCTION

The Spastic Centre, in New South Wales, Australia, is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to its websites. Anyone may contribute to the site by posting a comment to the Have Your Say section. You will be asked to enter a name, which does not have to be your real name. Be advised that The Spastic Centre is not responsible for any loss of privacy resulting from you disclosing your real name or any other identifying information in your comment.

You will be asked to enter your email address when you submit a comment. Your email address will not be displayed on the website.

Comments will be moderated by The Spastic Centre prior to their publication on the site. The Spastic Centre reserves the right to not publish any comment.

Organisational Supporters:

Non-profit disability, carer and community organisations are invited to support the NDIS campaign by allowing their organisation name to be displayed on the website. Only the name of the organisation will be displayed; the other details in the form are required to allow the NDIS web team to authenticate the application and to facilitate news updates.

Email Your MP:

Visitors to the site can email a message supporting the NDIS to their state and federal members of parliament. The Spastic Centre is not responsible for the content of the free text component of these emails. Your name and the free text component of this email will not be used for any other purpose unless you nominate to display it on this website in the Have Your Say section. The Spastic Centre reserves the right not to publish any comment.
